Shipping Method

Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, unless another shipping method is specifically requested by the customer (additional charges may apply).

Estimated delivery times for Expedited Parcel within Canada:

• Local: approximately 2 business days
   
• Regional: approximately 4–6 business days
   
• National: approximately 5–10 business days between major Canadian centers
   

Free Shipping (Canada):
We offer free standard shipping within Canada on orders over CAD $120, before taxes and after discounts.
Free shipping may not apply to special promotions, oversized items, or clearance products.

Orders shipped to the United States are sent via DHL, Canada Post, or UPS, unless another shipping method is requested (additional charges may apply).

• Estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days, depending on destination
   
• DHL and UPS do not deliver to P.O. boxes
   

International orders are shipped via Canada Post Small Packet Air unless another method is requested.

• Estimated delivery time (Air): 7–14 business days, depending on destination
   
• Customers may also choose Canada Post Ground Shipping, with estimated delivery times of 8–12 weeks, depending on destination
   
• Small Packet Air and Ground Shipping do not include tracking
   
• Tracking is available upon request by selecting Xpresspost for an additional fee
   

During the holiday season or peak shipping periods, delivery times may be longer than estimated. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Real Maple Health complies with all applicable Canadian laws and regulations regarding the sale and shipment of products.

For international orders:

• Any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer
   
• Products are shipped with labels intended for the Canadian market
   
• Compliance with all regulations, laws, or restrictions of the destination country, province, state, or municipality is the responsibility of the customer
   
• Products sold are intended for personal use or personal gifts only and not for resale or commercial distribution
   

We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or confiscations by customs authorities in the destination country.

• All prices on this Site are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
   
• Prices do not include shipping fees, sales taxes, duties, tariffs, insurance, or value-added taxes, unless otherwise stated
   
• Shipping and applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout
   
• International shipping rates vary based on package weight and destination
   

If customs charges are assessed, the recipient is responsible for payment, which may be collected by the local customs office or carrier.

Please note that some countries impose quantity limits on imported products.
For example:

• Shipments to Taiwan may be limited to 12 bottles per parcel
   
• Shipments to South Korea may be limited to 8 bottles per parcel
   

If an order exceeds destination restrictions, it may be shipped in multiple packages. Any additional shipping or handling fees will be communicated to the customer and are the responsibility of the customer.
