Refund Policy

 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
     
  • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
     
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
     

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@realmaplehealth.com.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Duties, Tariffs, Value-Added Taxes & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refusal to pay customs charges:
    If you refuse to pay required customs fees and the order is returned to us or destroyed, no refund will be issued.
     
  • Unclaimed packages:
    If a package is returned or destroyed due to failure to complete customs clearance or claim the shipment, no refund will be provided.
     

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
     
  • The item is damaged
     
  • You received the wrong item
     

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it appropriately.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or special-order products
     
  • Personal care, wellness, or beauty products
     
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
     

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
     
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
     

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), the return shipping cost will be included in your refund.
     
  • If the return is not due to our error, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund or are the responsibility of the customer.
